He should be looking for a travel companion, not just a bedroom companion. Someone who wants to show me things or explore new things with me. If we are away for a length of time, allow for a little quiet time here and there. Describe the perfect one-night date? The gentleman arranges a few days away for us, tells me where we are going (or gives me options), and gives me some choices of where to eat. He makes the reservations and finds some activities for us to do and runs them by me. We spend those days exploring the city, exploring each other, enjoying great food and have plenty of laughs. The time is unrushed, no pressure and no pretense. Just two people enjoying vacationing together. When planning travel with a companion, what is important to you? Someone who respects that everyone has their own habits and pace. I like to have espresso, not your thing? Okay, however, allow me to keep my routine of espresso.
